Seven Hills is a gorgeous family oriented community located in Dallas, GA (close to Acworth really), approxiamtely 8 miles west of the I-75N. The community, which started off in 2005, features traditional homes ranging from high 100's to mid 500's. Great sized lots and plenty of trees, makes this community a breath of fresh air...literally! The community features a large recreational area consisting of a pool (with wonderful water features for the kids!!), tennis courts, walking trails and playing fields. Seven Hills is a short drive to Lake Allatoona and fishing, as well as an hour drive to Chattanooga, TN.
