The Atlanta New Home market is one of the nations most desirable and affordable. There is no doubt that Atlanta Home Builders and the entire Atlanta New Home market has taken a dive with the rest of the nation, but one thing is for sure there are still plenty new homes available for sale.

Atlanta New Home Builders have scale down their developments and subsequently focused on selling in their existing communites. Those Atlanta Builders that didn't survive have left some developments in disarray, so be sure to check with us first before you decide on purchasing an Atlanta New Home... it could be in "ghost community" as we like to call it.
