Marietta is a large and diverse city located approximately 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. Located in beautiful Cobb County, Marietta is divided into 2 sections by highway I-75, namely West Cobb and East Cobb.

West Marietta Real Estate covers more land area and home prices are more affordable for most. Marietta Homes for sale start in the low 100's up to over $2 Million plus. East Marietta Real Esate tends to be a little more on the expensive side and is certainly a sought after area.
