The amenities in Litchfield provide social and community activities for a very active neighborhood association. A number of special events are coordinated during the year for adults as well as special seasonal events for children.

Litchfield maintains private swim and tennis facilities, a covered pavilion with outdoor fireplace, playground area, and an enclosed poolside cabana with a newly renovated kitchen and sitting room. There are three full lighted tennis courts with bleachers and views of playing area from the pavilion. A younger children's mushroom spray pool was recently added near the designated playground area.

CommunityOne Associates manages the Homeowner's Association; annual dues are $700 annually, payable either in full in January each year or in two semi-annual installments.
