The
Mansion on Peachtree Condos
This is it, you have arrived! Welcome to the land of unrivalled luxury, welcome
to The Mansion on Peachtree! Soaring high
above the stunning Atlanta skyline, enjoy the ultimate in upscale living from
these incomparable residences, designed by the celebrated New York architect
Robert A. M. Stern. It is no wonder that the Atlanta Business Chronicle awarded
the Mansion the distinction of “Best residential project in Atlanta”.
Another unique service when residents purchase a home at The Mansion
on Peachtree is that they receive two years of service from an MD
on call!
You
can feel the ambience in the elegant surroundings, filled with arcaded gardens.
A restaurant pavilion with sidewalk seating opens directly to Peachtree Street,
screening a formal stone-paved motor court serving the hotel guests. Other
amenities include a second restaurant, an enclosed pool, banquet facilities,
and a spa and fitness center which overlook a terraced English style garden
leading down to the private villas.
Once inside your luxury residence you will realize that you are living in
elegant surroundings designed by one of America’s leading architects.
The 42 tower residences and the three garden villas are generously appointed
and uniquely designed. Impressive ceilings soar to 12.5 feet and enhance the
graceful design with its feeling of space and light. Beautifully-designed
windows allow stunning views out over the city. His and her closets, his and
her baths, walk-in pantries, a walk-in china closet off the dining room, and
a wet bar off the spacious living room are just some of the exceptional features
that make this a truly unique living experience. And of course everything
is elegantly designed with only the best that money can buy. A Clive Christian
Edwardian kitchen is a standard feature. Outstanding finishes include Water
Works fixtures in the bathrooms and polished marble showers and flooring.

Buckhead
Condos
Buckhead
is located within the city of Atlanta, Georgia, and is legally defined as
that portion of the city of Atlanta northeast of Interstate 75 and northwest
of Interstate 85 . (The boundaries are the city limits on the north, northeast,
and northwest, and the interstate highways on the southeast and southwest).
Buckhead's name was derived from Henry Irby's general store and tavern,
which was founded in 1837. It was located at what is now the northwest corner
of West Paces Ferry Road and Roswell Road. It was Irby, according to his descendant,
who killed a large deer and mounted the "buck head" where travelers
could see it. The name Buckhead proved durable, and a campaign in the late
19th century to rename the area Northside Park was unsuccessful.
Buckhead is considered the shopping mecca of the Southeast, with
over 1,400 retail units and in excess of $1 billion a year in sales. The Robb
Report rated Buckhead one of the USA's 10 "Top Affluent Communities"
for "some of the most beautiful mansions, best shopping and finest restaurants
(including the renowned Buckhead Life Restaurant Group in
the southeastern United States." Buckhead is also considered one of Atlanta's
most attractive business areas, where prosperity, affluence and entertainment
blend together harmoniously.
Buckhead is one of the "nation's best subcities,"
according to a report on America's top cities. "Emerging Trends in Real
Estate" compared the area's residential-commercial mix and 24-hour flavor
to San Francisco, New York and Boston.
"Despite the highest real estate costs in metro
Atlanta, businesses are so bewitched by Buckhead that the vacancy rates are
the lowest in the region."
